12-Month Warranty Policy
Every Eugene Dough Sheeter you purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date your order is delivered. This warranty is our commitment to you and specifically covers:
- Manufacturer Defects: Any issues with materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use.
- Delivery Damage: Any damage that occurs to your dough sheeter while it's in transit to your specified delivery address.
Should you encounter a problem covered by this warranty, please contact us promptly at claims@eugenedoughsheeters.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We're here to help ensure your dough sheeter performs exactly as expected.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received.
- Clean and free from dough residue or other contamination.
- Free from damage caused by improper use or handling.
- In its original packaging, including all protective materials.
- Accompanied by all original components and accessories.
To start a return, please contact us at claims@eugenedoughsheeters.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Also, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you are responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition, as agreed upon with us.

Return & Warranty Shipping Requirements
Before shipping your dough sheeter for a return or warranty repair, please ensure that all the following requirements are met:
1. Mandatory Photographic Documentation
Before shipping, customers must submit the following information to claims@eugenedoughsheeters.com:
- Full Name: The full name associated with the original order.
- Order Number: The original order number.

Photographs: Clear photographs of the machine from all sides, documenting its condition before packaging and shipping.
2. Original Packaging Requirements
Customers must retain and use all original packaging materials, including:
- The original shipping box.
- Original foam end caps and protective inserts.
- bubble wrap and any additional protective packaging materials.
For returns, all original components and accessories must be included.
For warranty repairs, only the components and accessories requested by our support team need to be included.
3. Proper Packaging
The machine must be securely packed using its original box and all protective packaging materials to prevent movement, impact, or damage during transportation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the machine is properly packaged before handing it over to the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Damage & Liability
Failure to comply with the packaging and documentation requirements outlined above may result in the return or warranty repair request being declined if the machine arrives damaged during transit.
Any shipping damage will be assessed based on the condition of the machine upon arrival and the photographs submitted before shipment.
These requirements apply to all returns and warranty repair shipments, regardless of the reason for sending the machine back.

Damages and Issues Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at claims@eugenedoughsheeters.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

- Lost or Stolen Cards: Eugene Dough Sheeters Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once delivered.
- Expiration: Digital gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time in our store.
- Usage: Gift cards are valid only for purchases from Eugene Dough Sheeters Inc. and cannot be redeemed with other retailers.
